Maybe you don’t have an eating disorder and I know you already know this, but I don’t think skipping meals is helping you because not having food can make you more tired, more distracted, etc, which is the last thing you need right now. I totally understand what you mean about parents mentioning finance because my parents always tell me and then get annoyed because I get worried about if we have enough money to pay for stuff etc. Have you ever considered maybe getting a job for yourself, so you wouldn’t have to skip meals or rely on your parents’ money to pay for things?

Hey, instead you could always wake up a little early to make food for lunch. That way you could be saving at least half the money you waste and you could be healthy. I mean skipping lunch is bad even if you’re trying to save money. Hey, you could even make your sibling’s too.
